Nick Carosella is currently Manager – Alternative Investments at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL) in Wilmington, Delaware. He is responsible for research and oversight of investment managers for several asset classes of the company’s surplus portfolio, and serves on the company’s Diversity & Inclusion and Communications Committees. Before joining NEIL, Nick spent six years in investment research & wealth management at myCIO Wealth Partners in Philadelphia, leading service for several of the firm’s largest clients and implementing a streamlined hedge fund accounting system.

He is an honors graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and a Master of Science in Finance. Nick holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. Nick is active in the Young Professionals of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and served two years on its Steering Committee as Treasurer, helping to re-launch the group. He currently serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of Delaware as part of the Program Committee and as a liaison to the Young Professionals Board. He is also Vice President of his community’s homeowners association, overseeing upkeep and legal issues involving the 79-property complex.
