Peggy Carter joined Exelon in 2015 as a Human Performance Specialist and Systems Improvement Trainer. She was promoted in 2020 to the Manager of the underground line locating Damage Prevention department for Delmarva Power Light and Gas, Potomac Electric, and Atlantic City Electric, three of Exelon's utility companies. Her teams are responsible for promoting safe working practices among all stakeholders to reduce damage to our infrastructure while ensuring public safety, environmental protection, and the integrity of our assets through collaborative cooperation and coordination of construction.

As a leader, Peggy is intentional in her approach to serve her teams, break down and remove barriers, build relationships, and effect change to ensure the work performed is as effective and innovative as possible. She has spent her career building relationships and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and accountable work culture.

Peggy is married to her high school sweetheart Brian, and they have two wonderful daughters, Jazmine and Jayla. She places a great deal of significance on family and traditions. She is also a huge sports fan in general, and especially enjoys playing softball and roller skating.
