Peggy Geisler is the owner and Senior Consultant for PMG Consulting LLC. She is also the Executive Director of the Sussex County Health Promotion Coalition, which she helped start and develop into its own not-for-profit. Peggy resides in Maryland but has worked in the not-for-profit arena for over 16 years in Delaware. She is a leader in Soroptimist International of Seaford (an international volunteer organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world), a member of DE HEAL (Delaware Coalition for Healthy Eating and Active Living), and sits on the committee for Sussex Outdoors (a campaign to encourage families and children to be physically active and create healthy lifestyles). She is also actively engaged in numerous community service programs. Peggy holds her BA from the University of Maryland College Park and her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Salisbury State University. She has received numerous recognition and awards for her community-based work with her most recent being a tribute from the Delaware State Senate for her service to Delawareans. Peggy has held several executive director positions in local non-profits, and now uses her expertise as a consultant and trainer in working to help clients in the non-profit and community service sectors be successful.
