Rachel Lindeman grew up in Buffalo, NY and after graduating from college, she began working as a credit analyst with M&T Bank in Syracuse, NY. She transferred with M&T to be a portfolio manager with the Delaware commercial real estate lending group in 2012 and in 2013 was promoted to a relationship manager. Over the 7 years in that role, she was able to take on one of the largest portfolios within the region. Additionally, she founded the Welcome Resource Group at the Bank and was involved in other Diversity and Inclusion efforts. In September 2020, she joined the Bryn Mawr Trust commercial real estate team in Delaware, with the goal of growing that portfolio throughout the state. In 2021, Bryn Mawr Trust was acquired by WSFS where she is now on the Delaware commercial real estate team. As part of WSFS, she brings her experience with DEI efforts to WSFS as a leader on the DEI Council.

Outside of WSFS, Rachel is on the board of the Jennersville YMCA and is involved in Delaware Real Estate Women (DREW) as their past president and was the former co-chair for the DE chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
