Rebecca is a data driven visionary leader that believes in the power of collaborative teamwork, and is deeply passionate about improving the health of the populations we serve throughout our communities. She has over a decade of experience in providing strategic leadership across various healthcare settings including private practices, academic hospitals and multi-specialty healthcare private equity firms. She is known for her proven ability to develop and implement strategies through the creative integration of various care models which align industry best practices that enhance the patient experience, improve population health, reduce per capita cost of health care delivery, as well as met the standards for superior quality care and exceptional performance. Most recently during her time at University Hospital, she collaboratively led multiple interdisciplinary teams in order to development their first Population Health Program, open their first Wound/Vascular Center and relaunch their Liver Transplant program. Rebecca currently serves on the Senior Leadership Team for ChristianaCare Hospital, as the Vice President of Consultative Care Operations, where she is responsible for redefining innovation in order to transform the way we deliver healthcare to our neighbors throughout Delaware.

Rebecca enjoys empowering her teams to strive for success, and believes it also involves educating the next generation of Healthcare leaders. She currently sits on the Rutgers Business School Advisory Board for the MS in Healthcare Analytics and Intelligence in order to create a program that endows the leaders of tomorrow with the cutting edge tools they will need for success. Rebecca holds a B.S in Biology from The College of New Jersey, an M.B.A with a Healthcare Concentration from Centenary University, and a Green Belt Certificate from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
