Specializing in public sewer, water, site development, and heavy highway construction projects, Eastern States has performed construction service for major public and private clients as well as for regional construction managers and private developers.

The company was founded as Eastern States Construction Company, Inc. in 1953 and became Eastern States Construction Service, Inc. in 1983. Francis and Richard Julian are the second generation of Julian family members to manage the business. They continue the family’s commitment to the consistent, safe delivery of on-schedule, on-budget, high-quality construction services to all Eastern States’ clients.
