Rob grew up in Newark, Delaware with his parents, sister, and numerous pets and was industrious from an early age. After graduating from Salesianum School, he attended University of Delaware, earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.

After receiving his B.S., Rob worked at Delmarva Power, an Exelon company, for approximately four years in various roles before accepting a leadership position at Baltimore Gas and Electric, an Exelon Company. Rob’s current role as Manager of Gas Engineering and Standards includes oversight of material analysis, tool evaluation, standards updates, and general technical support for BG&E’s $500M Capital Investment Plan.

Rob has spent time volunteering for the American Heart Association and Meals on Wheels in Wilmington. Rob is also passionate about the YMCA of Delaware and is currently serving as the Chair of the Western YMCA’s Advisory Board.
