
Robert Redden-Huff ChristianaCare
Robert Redden-Huff is a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience. He started his career in 1996 as a Service Assistant in the Environmental Services Department of ChristianaCare health system. Over the years, he worked diligently to rise to his current role of Director of Diagnostic Services in ChristianaCare’s Medical Group providing operational oversite of professional services for radiology, nuclear medicine, breast imaging, and pathology. This includes about 60 employed physicians and over 120 community/contracted physicians. Prior to this role, Robert served as Operational Lead for Care Standardization in ChristianaCare’s Medical Group providing key support for the health system’s yearly annual operating plan goals relating to optimizing health outcomes by implementing care standardization systemwide. He has also held roles in performance improvement, research, and clinical engineering.
Mr. Redden-Huff attended Wilmington University and earned a BS in Information Resource Management, a MBA in Organizational Leadership and a MSM in Healthcare Administration. He is also a Juran trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Redden-Huff has a passion for mentoring and lends his personal time to organizations both within ChristianaCare and the community at large.
