Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Robin Hudson has called Delaware home since the age of five. In 2005, Robin started her leadership journey when she began a carrier sales position with Trinity Logistics, Inc., a leading 3PL Broker in Seaford, Delaware. She quickly became one of the top Logistics Specialists and her high level of emotional intelligence and overwhelming desire to succeed have propelled her up the ladder of success. She has received four Banning Awards for servant leadership and exemplifying Trinity’s guiding values, one peer nominated Leadership Award, and the President’s Award in 2017 acknowledging her loyalty, leadership, and dedication.

Robin currently holds the position of Director of Administrative Client Services at Trinity, overseeing the Billing, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable Teams where her main focus is on team development and growth. With all her responsibility leading three teams, Robin makes it her priority to find time to mentor and coach several up and coming leaders at Trinity in order to build up the Trinity team members and help fill the Trinity leadership pipeline. Robin is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in the Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations Management at Delaware Technical Community College.

She is married with two wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors with her family, and taking care of the animals on her mini farm.
