Roshni Guerry, M.D. is a triple board certified physician. As a palliative care provider, she is passionate about providing excellent symptom management to patients living with serious illness, whatever the stage or underlying disease. Dr Guerry recognizes the need for more honest, compassionate communication in health care and to that end; she has completed specialized training with the acclaimed education group Vital Talk. She now serves as a faculty member and is a facilitator locally and nationally for the Vital Talk team.

Dr. Guerry holds a degree in chemistry from Williams College.  She then completed her medical degree at University of Rochester School of Medicine in 2006. She continued her training at University of Rochester to complete a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatric Residency followed by a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

She was named the Delaware Quality of Life Committee’s “Outstanding Physician in Palliative Care” for 2018, and was selected to the Delaware Business Times “40 Under 40” in 2016.

Dr Guerry is the Assistant Secretary of the Delaware Theatre Company Board, and an Advisory Board Member for Autism Delaware.
