Born in Montreal, Canada, Sarah Nagle grew up in Virginia before moving to Delaware. For the past twelve years, Sarah has worked for the largest healthcare system in the state, ChristianaCare. In her role as Director of Strategic Planning, she has responsibility for service line advancement and provides guidance on strategy development. Sarah graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business & Economics. She also has a Master of Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia campus of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. For the third year of the graduate program, Sarah worked as an administrative resident at Doylestown Hospital in Bucks County. Sarah is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives, serves on the Board of the Charter School of Wilmington and is enrolled in a healthcare fellowship program with the Advisory Board Company. Sarah lives with her husband, Tom, in the Trolley Square neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware.
