Sean Park is an Economic Development Project Manager for the City of Wilmington Mayor’s Office of Economic Development. He was born in South Korea and raised in Delaware, graduating from the Charter School of Wilmington and earning his B.A. from the University of Delaware. After college, he joined the Peace Corps where he served 27 months in Grenada in the Eastern Caribbean, building local youth development initiatives through NGOs, schools, and summer camps. Afterwards, he attended Harvard University to earn his Master’s in Public Policy from the Kennedy School. He graduated with a concentration in Political and Economic Development and completed his capstone project with the Boston Red Sox Foundation. Sean also previously worked for an education startup company in China, where he helped lead service teams in Shenzhen and Beijing. He is proud to call Wilmington home once again and contribute to its development for businesses, professionals, and residents.
