Shaheen Mohajer is a Vice President with Institutional and Corporate Trust Services at WSFS Bank running the Structured Finance team with almost 15 years in the industry. He assists in managing risk and negotiating new complex securitization of various asset classes. His focus is also on training and development of the relationship managers within the group as one of the leaders. Shaheen enjoys the ever-changing market in corporate trust and the collaborative environment with competitors and peers in the industry.

Shaheen received in BA from University of Florida in Anthropology and minor in Finance. Prior to coming to WSFS, he spent his career at various fortune 500 companies such as American Express Financial Advisors, Wells Fargo Bank, and Wilmington Trust.

Shaheen is passionate about diversity and inclusion which comes from his faith as a member of the Baha’i Faith. He has been involved in several leadership roles at his prior companies within the offices of diversity and inclusion. He serves on an advisory board for the Baltimore Office of Tahirih Justice Center an organization that assists women and children seeking asylum fleeing abusive situations.

Shaheen recently relocated his family to Delaware and becoming an integral part in the community.
