Shana Hilliard

Shana Hilliard Diversity and Belonging Program Leader, CSC

Shana Hilliard (pronounced “Shah-nah Hill-yerd”) is the Diversity and Belonging Program Leader for CSC: responsible for bringing a culture of inclusion and a space of belonging to the company. An employee since 2011, Shana previously managed CSC’s Marketing Database Leads Team and is credited with creating a lead engine that fuels a successful Legal and Corporate sales machine. Shana is a founding member of CSC’s Black Employee Network and an active member of the Employee Activities Team. She’s mentored at Eastside Charter Elementary School and Delaware State University. Volunteer efforts include Special Olympics Delaware, The MS Foundation, Ministry of Caring, and many other organizations.

In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, cooking, and playing basketball. She holds a BA from Widener University, and currently resides in Claymont, Delaware with her partner and son.
