Tim Mitchell, Esq. Wilks, Lukoff and Bracegirdle
Tim Mitchell is a Delaware native who is passionate about becoming a leader in the state. He graduated from Brandywine High School in 2003 and earned his undergraduate degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Wilmington University in 2008. Following that, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2012. While at Vanderbilt Tim participated and led a moot court team and served as a research assistant for several professors. Tim currently serves as a contract attorney at Wilks, Lukoff and Bracegirdle in Wilmington, Delaware. As someone who is passionate about business and Delaware’s role in corporate law, Tim attended law school with the hopes of returning to Delaware to specialize in litigating in the Court of Chancery. Tim is a member of the Rodney Inn of Court and a volunteer guardian ad litem for the Office of the Child Advocate. Outside of the law, Tim also volunteers for various programs at Aldersgate United Methodist Church and the Delaware Historical Society. Tim lives in Wilmington with wife, Katie, and their two Corgis and one Jack Russell terrier.
