Tracy Brennan, Ph.D. Adesis
Tracy Brennan, Ph.D., is a Project Manager at Adesis, a Contract Research Organization specializing in organic synthesis and chemical research. Tracy joined Adesis in 2016 as a Research Scientist where she managed multiple chemistry research projects simultaneously in addition to writing and implementing several SOPs for the chemistry laboratory. Now as a Project Manager, she is responsible for writing proposals, managing several client projects and communication from chemistry to business to finance, as well as overseeing project initiation to completion and developing client relationships. In addition, she has managed many external projects for Adesis with many Delaware organizations such as events and sponsorships.
Dr. Tracy Brennan received her B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from California State University, Sacramento (2010) and received her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from University of Nevada, Reno (2015) under the mentorship of Professor Christopher Jeffrey. Her doctoral research experience in natural product synthesis and photochemistry has provided for a diverse and strong background in organic syntheses and transformation. Upon graduation, she moved to New Jersey from California to embark on a dual science and business career under the mentorship of Dr. Andrew Cottone and Mrs. Helen Stimson. She is married to Bill Brennan and together have one son, Liam, and two dogs, Mochi and Scout. Her personal passions include family, anything with outdoor activities and traveling.
