Bill Strickland is the President and Principal of L&W Insurance Agency in Dover.
L&W is one of the largest Independent Agencies in Delaware and currently
employs 38 full-time employees. He has worked in the insurance business for over 25 years with a primary focus on Employee Benefits. In addition to his role as President of L&W, he is an active licensed Agent/Broker for all lines of insurance.

Active in the local community, Bill currently serves as the Chair of the Board for Bayhealth, Wesley College and the Kent County Regional Sports Complex. He serves on the Board of Directors for Kent & Sussex Industries and has chaired the Capital Campaign for Bayhealth Sussex Campus.
