Jessica Jordan The Carlin Collaborative

Jessica serves as the Director of Lean Innovation for The Carlin Collaborative, challenging systems and ‘knowns’ to create value on the part of the consumer, client, and company. Through her passion for purpose, she also volunteers discretionary effort, facilitating initiatives and improvements with various nonprofit organizations. Committed to providing support today for the leaders of tomorrow, Jessica serves on the Board of the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay as well as serving on the Board of Directors for C.E.R.T.S., helping to lend a hand in enriching the lives of adults with multiple, severe disabilities and their families as they transfer from pediatrics into adult care.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts from DeSales University and her Masters in Science Management through Wilmington University.

In her free time, she can be found at home with her husband, two amazing kids, and several dogs leading the pack.
