Leadership Delaware’s Alumni Engagement Committee works to foster a strong sense of community among the alumni of our year-long fellowship program, keeping them connected and engaged through a variety of meaningful events and social activities.

Through organized coffees, networking events, and one-on-one pairings, Alumni across all classes gather together to learn from one another and continue building community.
Alumni are invited to Fellowship Sessions, participate in forums, and have the opportunity to continue their learning about timely topics and leadership development.
