Intern Delaware

Intern Delaware is designed as a complement to your company’s internship program. Over the course of two months, summer interns gain access to curated professional development sessions and exclusive networking opportunities. This experience equips them with valuable insights into Delaware’s economy, culture, and community, while deepening their connection to the state as a place to grow both personally and professionally.

The Problem

  • Employers are struggling: 75% report difficulty filling key roles.was founded in 2005 by a group of mental health professionals who saw a need for more accessible mental health resources in our community.
