Intern Delaware

Intern Delaware is designed as a complement to your company’s internship program. Over the course of two months, summer interns gain access to curated professional development sessions and exclusive networking opportunities. This experience equips them with valuable insights into Delaware’s culture and community, while deepening their connection to the state as a place to grow both personally and professionally.

Intern Delaware creates a bridge between internships and long-term employment. Interns who participate are 67.7% more likely to stay with their employer after one year compared to just 35.7% without internship experience.
