Michael Malloy Delaware Army National Guard
Michael Malloy is the Director of Military Support for the Delaware National Guard in New Castle, Delaware. He is the conduit of information and mission analysis for the Delaware National Guard to the state of Delaware.
In 2001, he enlisted in the Delaware Army National Guard as computer information specialist for the 261st Signal Brigade. He started his higher education focus at the University of Delaware in 2002 with a focus in Engineering Technology, graduating in 2006. He began his profession career working for the National Guard Bureau in 2006 working with the communications team on disaster communication plans and equipment. He accepted an Active Guard Reserve position with the Delaware National Guard in 2009. He has deployed two times since he joined, most recently to Kuwait from August 2019 – July 2020. He earned his Master’s in Homeland Security through Wilmington University in 2021.
He lives in Dover with his wife Ashleigh and three daughters Lilly, Lauren, and Leiah.
