Jacqueline Flowers Project Estimator, EDiS Company

Jacqueline DiSabatino Flowers is a 5th generation family member of regional construction leader EDiS Company. A native Delawarean, Jacqueline is a graduate of St. Mark's High School and The University of Delaware, where she received a BA in Communication and minors in Marketing and Leadership.

As a member of her family business, Jacqueline had a front-row seat during the planning and implementation of the earliest stages of Whitehall, the company's monumental development in Middletown, Delaware. Jacqueline worked as Town Manager of the Town of Whitehall for two years, working on marketing strategy, architectural approval, residential assistance, and site management. She later joined EDiS and began training in project management and cost estimating. Her current position is Project Estimator.

Jacqueline’s husband currently serves in the US Navy. Her husband and brother's dedication to their country inspired her to Co-Found Vet Fest, an organization that focuses on mental health outreach and support, peer networking, and celebration that brings military and civilian community members together. Jacqueline is a very active community member and belongs to organizations including JMAC, the Joint Military Affairs Committee, NAWIC, and DCA YEC.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys pickleball, traveling, and playing with her adorable doodles, Charlie and Diego.
